- FineDings.com ships packages inside the United States via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. USPS Priority shipping is available.. but please note that the 2-3 day average delivery time is just an Approximation, not a guaranteed delivery time! Priority Shipping is only available to destinations in the United States.
- All orders are shipped from our location in Michigan.
- All USPS shipping costs are based on the order total value. See our USPS Shipping Fees Chart below for exact shipping costs.
- Most orders received at FineDings.com by 10pm EST will ship the next USPS Business Day. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
- We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse, are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error, or are refused delivery for any reason unless pre-approved by us. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee to reroute the package.

| Damages & Returns |
- DAMAGES:
- To return a damaged product, please return item to address listed below. We will contact you regarding your issues as quickly as possible. We will not accept damage returns after 14 days of your receipt, so please inspect all items immediately upon receipt and report any problems! Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
- At FineDings.com we try very hard to ensure the top quality of our merchandise. We do apologize for any damages incurred due to faulty manufacturing or shipping damages and are happy to assist all customers in replacing their damaged items. Damaged items will always be replaced when inventory is available. If inventory is not available to replace a damaged item, a refund will then be issued.
- RETURNS:
- Merchandise must be returned at your expense in order to receive credit. DO NOT USE A REGULAR ENVELOPE FOR RETURNS - USE A PADDED ENVELOPE! NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY ITEMS SENT IN REGULAR ENVELOPES - TOO MUCH DAMAGE IS DONE IN THE POSTAL SERVICE SORTING MACHINES! Full credit (minus original shipping charges) will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. No item returns will be accepted after 30 days. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to Returns over $15. Any credit totalling less than $5 will be applied to your next order.

| Lost Package Claims |
| Orders received by 10pm est are typically shipped the next business morning. FineDings.com uses the US Postal service for all shipments. While we have shipped many thousands of packages, occasionally one will delayed or lost. While this may occur rarely, we STRONGLY urge you to purchase Postal Insurance! For lost orders with insurance, a waiting period must be exhausted before a lost package claim may be filed and processed with us. For US customers, that waiting period is 21 calendar days. If, at that time, the package has still not arrived, a Lost Package claim form will be provided to you for submittal. We must have an original copy of this form, with your signature, on file before any replacements/credits can be processed. We will trust that if/when the original package is received, it will be returned to us in its entirety. Please understand that once a package is shipped, it is entirely out of our hands, and we cannot be liable for non-delivery! If we can provide a tracking number that shows your package was lost while in the hands of the US Postal service, and no insurance was purchased, we will not provide refunds or replacements. If you wish to purchase insurance for an additional charge, you will find an option in the Misc or New Items sections. Without insurance, no claims can be filed with the US Postal Service, even though tracking may show it was in their posession, they refuse liability without insurance. The only guaranteed delivery service is US Express! If you absolutely need something by a certain date, we urge you to use this service! |

attempt is made to maintain up to date inventory of each product
we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In
this case, we will contact you and let you know that item is
out of stock and when, if known, it will be re-stocked. |
| Combining Multiple Orders, and Transaction Fees for Changing PayPal Orders |
| PayPal has recently made a change to their process, and no longer refund transaction fees when we refund a payment. Therefore, any changes to orders after submitted and paid using PayPal will incur a $0.50 transaction fee per change. There will also be a $0.50 transaction fee for combining orders, but the shipping/handling fees will be calculated on the new total. Please add a comment on the second order notifying us that you would like to combine orders! |
